Alexander technique

With the Alexander technique you can improve body orientated behavior and action processes. To stop disadvantgeous samples, search for new avantaged action possibilities and to use them that they flow into the common day, are the aims of the Alexander technique. Movements gain stability and lightness.
The cognition is being differentiated further. The basic work in standing, walking, sitting/standing up and lying positions is being extended by wishes and ideas of the participants. The focus of the course is on utilization.
