The Psychotherapeutic Counselling Service (PBS) is your contact if dealing with problems of personal and/or academic nature.
We offer supporting, attendant and solving counselling in one person conversations, couple conversations, special group offers and in our open hours.

Our service

Dr. Rolf Wartenberg, Soz.Päd. M.A., Psychotherapeut
Both have additional qualifications in various psychotherapical and counselling methods and familiar with special situations of students or formal curriculum because of their long experience in counselling praxis.
Registration
Everyone looking for help has a contingent of 10 sessions per year. Counselling takes place on mondays till thursdays from 9 – 6 am/pm and fridays from 9 – 2 pm. The counsellling is free of charge.
Please make appointments per telephone or in person during the open office hours. You can also send an e-mail then we make suggestions for a meeting.

If you have an immediate problem or wish to obtain information or make an appointment, please use our open office hours. During these times we are available without appointents.

each Tuesday from 10am – 12pm

Internet counselling
The Studentenwerk offers counselling per chat. There’re fixed appointments which have to be booked beforehand. Therefore we need your e-mail adress which isn’t saved. If you want to be 100% sure that you stay anonymous then can make an e-mail adress just for this purpose.
The counselling is been carried out by an experienced diploma psychologist. The platform for this is provided by the counselling network. And you can get to the meetings:
