- faculties in Braunschweig and Wolfenbüttel–
of the technical University Clausthal
of the University Hildesheim
of the University for applied science and art(HAWK)
- faculties in Hildesheim –
of the trusted University Lüneburg
are obliged to pay for each semester a contribution of 41 Euro to the Studentenwerk (Student Union).
2. The students
of the college of higher education Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel
- faculties in Wolfsburg -
of the University of applied science and art (HAWK) and the college of higher education Hildesheim/Holfminden/Göttingen
- faculties in Buxtehude -
are obliged to pay for each semester a contribution of 10,50 Euro.
3. The students who are enroled in various Universities in the area of responsiblity of the Studentenwerk OstNiedersachsen (Student Union Braunschweig) are obliged to pay the highest contribution.
1. Liable to contribution are all matriculated students. Furloughed students who don’t demand the services of the Studentenwerk during the whole semester because of proved absence from the place of study – are exempt from the payment of contribution for the relevant semester on their own request. This also applies in the case of an abroad study visit without an exeat from their university at home. The university decides in correspondence with the Studentenwerk.
2. Students who are matriculated in other German universities within the area of responsibility of the Studentenwerk OstNiedersachsen, are obliged to pay half of the contribution to the Studentenwerk.

The articles of contribution of the Studentenwerk OstNiedersachsen come in effect right after determination through the governing board of the Studentenwerk in effect to the winter semester 2007/2008.
The articles of contribution are announced publicly in the universities. The from 7.12.2005 of the Studentenwerk OstNiedersachsen and the articles of contribution from 18.12.2006 of the Studentenwerk Clausthal loses validation with the new agreed admendment.
